1. Your rights for goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

  • Within 30 days of receiving faulty goods, you can usually claim a full refund
  • After 30 days, you may be entitled to repair or replacement first
  • If repair/replacement fails, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction

2. Your rights for distance purchases

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you usually have 14 days to cancel most online purchases after receiving goods.

3. Your rights for services

Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If a service is not carried out to that standard, you may be entitled to repeat performance or a price reduction.

Our Terms, warranties, and booking conditions are additional terms and do not replace or reduce your statutory rights.
